North East Excavations is a local family business based in St Helens, carrying out excavation and earthmoving work across the East Coast and North East Tasmania. Trenching for water, power, and drainage, site cuts for new homes, house site preparation, driveway dig-outs, culvert installation, drainage work, house demolition, land clearing, road building, fire breaks, and rural and civil earthmoving - practical work done properly by operators who know the region.
We operate in close partnership with St Helens Quarries - same family, same base in St Helens. That connection means clients can organise the earthmoving and the materials through one conversation, with road base, drainage aggregate, and quarry products from our own quarry on the East Coast available alongside the machinery.
